Acceptable use

ClearMeet is for helping you in your own meetings. Using it means you agree to the following.

Tell people when you record

• In many places the law says everyone in a call must know, or agree, before it is recorded or transcribed. It is your job to follow the law where you and the others are.
• When in doubt, say so at the start: “I'm using a note taker, is that all right?”
• Don't record or transcribe a call you aren't part of.

Don't use ClearMeet to

• Break the law, or someone else's rights, privacy or confidentiality.
• Cheat in an exam, a test or an interview where outside help isn't allowed.
• Harass, deceive or impersonate anyone.
• Get round your plan's limits, share an account, or resell ClearMeet.
• Copy, take apart or attack ClearMeet or its servers.

If this is broken

We may lock an account that breaks these rules. Tell us about misuse at contact@clearmakes.com.
