ClearMeet is an AI meeting assistant for Windows that works with any meeting app. It doesn't join the call or connect to your account: it listens to the sound your PC plays and your microphone. So Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Webex and Slack huddles all work the same, in the app or the browser. Free for 5 meetings a month.

The steps are the same everywhere: join the call as usual and press Start on the ClearMeet bar. The pages below say what's different about each app and its own AI.

What ClearMeet needs to hear your call
Only two things: the call's sound playing through your Windows PC, and your microphone. That's why it doesn't matter which app the call is in.
- No bot joins your call. ClearMeet listens to the sound your PC plays and your microphone.
- Windows 10 (version 2004) or Windows 11, 64-bit. There is no Mac, phone or web version.
- If you dial in on a separate phone, ClearMeet can't hear the call.
- ClearMeet writes down English speech only, for now.
Three steps, in any app
It takes a minute the first time and a click after that. There's nothing to connect to your calendar or your meeting account.
- Install ClearMeet and sign in with Google, Microsoft or your email.
- Join your call in any app, as you always do.
- Press Start on the ClearMeet bar. Notes, action items and answers appear as people talk.

Questions
Do I need to install anything in Zoom, Teams or Meet?
No. ClearMeet doesn't plug into the meeting app. It listens to the sound your PC plays and your microphone, so there's nothing to install, connect or approve in the meeting app.
Does it work in the browser?
Yes. A meeting in a browser tab plays through your PC like any other, so Google Meet, Teams on the web or Zoom in the browser all work.
Does it work with WhatsApp or phone calls?
If the call plays through your Windows PC, yes: a WhatsApp desktop call or a phone app on your computer works the same way. A call on a separate phone doesn't, because ClearMeet can't hear it.
Does it work in meetings other people host?
Yes. ClearMeet works on your own computer, so it doesn't matter who hosts the meeting or which company's account it's on.
