Prices in US dollars. Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, takes the payment and shows your local price and any tax before you pay. Cancel any time: you keep your plan until the end of the time you paid for. Every payment comes with a 14-day refund.
Billing questions
How do I pay?
Through Paddle, our payment partner, with a card, PayPal or the other ways Paddle offers where you live. Paddle sends the receipts and handles tax.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time from the plans page. You see what the switch costs before you confirm, and pay only the difference for the rest of the period.
Is ClearMeet free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 5 meetings a month, up to 2 hours each, with every feature. Pro and Plus add more meeting time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Manage billing in the app or on your account page. You keep your plan until the end of the time you've paid for, then you're on Free. Nothing is deleted: Free shows your last 30 days of meetings, and everything comes back if you upgrade. Changed your mind within 14 days of a payment? We refund it in full.
