These companies help run ClearMeet. Each one gets only what its job needs.

• Amazon Web Services: Our server, and the encrypted copy of your meetings, notes and chats. (United States (us-east-1))
• MongoDB Atlas: Our database: your account, computers, plan, usage, and what's in your account. (United States (AWS us-east-1))
• Google (Gemini API): Writes answers and notes from the text we send it. (United States and other Google locations)
• Paddle: Sells the paid plans as our reseller: payments, receipts and tax. (United Kingdom, United States)
• Brevo: Sends sign-in codes and account emails. (European Union)
• ImprovMX: Forwards email sent to our @clearmakes.com addresses to our team's inbox. (see ImprovMX's privacy policy)
• Google (Gmail): Our team's inbox: the emails and feedback you send us arrive there. (United States and other Google locations)
• Google and Microsoft: Sign you in, if you choose "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Microsoft". They tell us your name, email and photo. (United States and their other locations)
• GitHub: Hosts the installer you download. (United States)

Your audio and videos never go to any of them: transcription happens on your computer. If this list changes, the date at the top changes too. Questions: contact@clearmakes.com.
