Refunds

Last updated September 28, 2026

If a paid ClearMeet plan isn't right for you, you can have your money back. Paddle, our reseller, takes the payment and makes the refund.

Within 14 days

  • Write to billing@clearmakes.com within 14 days of a payment, from the email on your account, or ask Paddle at paddle.net. This applies to your first payment and to every renewal.
  • We refund that payment in full. It usually reaches you in 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.
  • When we refund a payment, we also cancel that plan, and you move to Free. Nothing is deleted: your meetings, notes and files stay in your account, and come back in full if you upgrade again.

After 14 days

  • You can cancel at any time from Manage billing, in the app or on your account page.
  • You keep your plan until the end of the time you've paid for, then you're on Free. Nothing else is charged, and nothing is deleted.
  • If a payment fails, your plan keeps working while Paddle tries your card again. If it still can't be paid, you move to Free the same way.

Yearly plans

The same 14 days apply from the day of the yearly payment. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal.
