Data Processing Addendum

For companies on the Team plan. It explains how ClearMakes handles personal data for you, and is part of your agreement with us. To get a copy to sign, write to contact@clearmakes.com.

Who does what

• Your company decides what ClearMeet is used for. ClearMakes handles the data only to run ClearMeet for you.
• ClearMakes doesn't use your data to train AI models, and we don't sell it.

What we handle

• Your team's accounts: names, emails and computers.
• What the app saves: meeting text, notes, chats and the files you add. Audio and videos stay on each computer.

How we keep it safe

• Encrypted on the way (HTTPS) and where it's kept.
• Only reachable through each person's own signed-in account.
• Nightly backups, kept for 7 days.
• The companies that help us are listed on our subprocessors page.

Your rights

• Anyone can delete their meetings, or their whole account, in the app. It's deleted from our servers too.
• Anyone can download their data as a file.
• If there's ever a breach affecting your data, we tell you without undue delay.
• When your agreement ends, we delete your data within 30 days unless the law says to keep it.
